Yora, the world’s most sustainable pet food, launched its insect based dog kibble back in January 2019 and has gone from strength to strength since then. It has recently introduced its insect protein treat range which includes: Dreamers bedtime biscuits, enriched with chamomile, valerian root and lemon balm; Rewards with carrot and apple; and a grain free Protein Bar, with 50% insect protein.

The insect powered range of treats are an ideal way to introduce customers to the potential of insect based pet food. All treats are presented beautifully in compostable packaging, which is a great tick box to fill for eco-conscious consumers. The very simple, single protein recipes make these treats a good alternative for pets with delicate tummies and allergies.

The Protein Bar is the ideal size to treat whilst on the go, packed with protein and grain free, its rich taste entices even the fussiest of dogs. The resealable Dreamers and Rewards bags also make them a go-to product for when owners are out and about. The Dreamers are hand baked bedtime biscuits, which are combined with natural botanicals to calm and soothe dogs; perfect for celebratory times of year. The unique star and moon shape adds a novel touch to these yummy treats. The Rewards are high-protein snacks that have been hand-baked, they’re hypoallergenic and sustainable with a tasty, straightforward recipe suitable for dogs of all shapes and sizes.

Yora has announced they are expanding their range even further with the introduction of life stage and breed specific food. The option of the Puppy and Light/Senior means dogs can be introduced from an early age and fed Yora up until their final years. The Small and Large breed kibbles are similarly tailored to dogs individual needs. Owners can rest easy in the knowledge that their dog has everything they need to be kept in peak condition, thanks to Yora’s expertly blended recipes, designed by pet nutritionists.
